Welcome to the web site of Steve & Helene Abbott. We were married on August 21st, 2004 and are still enjoying our honeymoon.
Steve works for Standard Insurance, located in Portland, Oregon, as a software engineer and Helene is currently taking some time off from her job as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the Longview School District. And when we say taking some time off we mean that in terms of years because she will be giving birth to our first child in March, 2007.
We live in Vancouver, Washington, just north of Portland, Oregon, with Mt. St. Helen’s less than an hour to the north, Mount Hood around 90 minutes to the east and the Pacific Ocean about two hours to the west. So we’ve got sand, snow and lava all within a two hour drive. How’s that for variety?
